Dear Friends in Christ,
I thank you for your support and the blessing you are to Christians for Biblical Israel, and I praise God for your ministering to our projects in Israel through your gifts of love for their ministries. Looking back to CFBI’s beginning in 2003 and over 2 1/2 years since Timmie went to be with our Lord, time has quickly faded. We must live for the Lord today while praying and reaching out to people in fulfilling our calling in Christ Jesus. Ephesians 5:16 says, “Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.” May we together live to make our time, in this evil time we are living, acceptable to our Savior.
Four months remain before our Collection/Distribution trip to visit our Israel projects. I believe many of you have prayed about and are laying in store what you will give to be a blessing to them, to Israel, and to God’s Chosen People. It is my prayer that you will keep this on your heart and give as the Lord leads so we all can be an extra special blessing to our fellow saints in Israel.
Each of our projects in Israel uses the money you give them to show the Love of Christ in their helping the poor and needy. Many of “God’s Chosen People”, that are not poor, see that Christians care about their Jewish nation. This in itself represents a Godly testimony to unbelievers and leads some to a saving knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
There is, also the evangelistic effort by our projects. Their heart and work is to see souls saved by the Word directly. This can be a difficult and dangerous task for them. With much opposition from Satan, they stand firm in their faith and work. My heart is burdened knowing their needs. It brings me great joy in seeing those needs met. Thank you for your prayers and giving to the work of CFBI’s ministry.
Our five projects keep me and CFBI updated in their ministries. Please pray with us in seeing that God’s will be done in the work and life of each project in Israel and His will brought out in each of our lives. Psalms 9:18, “For the needy shall not alway be forgotten: the expectation of the poor shall not perish for ever.”
In brief, Project Ecclesia helps many needy families, and its summer camps, “all is paid by the church.” Project Miriam continues to add new birth mothers to the many they are currently helping. Project Solomon goes out weekly to help the poor and needy with food and other items. Project House of Salvation is growing in its addiction ministry, and Project Helping Hand labors among holocaust survivors and needy children.
Thank you for your love, prayers, and giving to the work of CFBI’s ministry. We praise and thank the Lord for each of you in our prayers.
Yours for Israel and God’s Chosen People,
